Before we begin crafting your travel experience, we’ll ask for a Professional Design Fee—this covers our time spent researching your options, coordinating with our trusted vendors, drafting your itinerary, and supporting you before, during, and after your journey. Our Fee starts at $250 per trip; we’ll share the exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call once we learn more details about what you’re looking for.

For clients embarking on a custom international journey, you’ll receive the contact information for our in-country partners who are available 24/7 for assistance.
