Before we begin crafting your travel experience, we’ll ask for a Professional Design Fee—this covers our time spent researching your options, coordinating with our trusted vendors, drafting your itinerary, and supporting you before, during, and after your journey. Our Fee starts at $250 per trip; we’ll share the exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call once we learn more details about what you’re looking for.

Nexion is our host agency—they provide incredible back office support and, through their association with consortia Travel Leaders Network, allow us to pass on special perks, amenities, and upgrades to our clients (all subject to availability).

Absolutely! We want your family trip to run as seamlessly as possible. If something crops up, the goal is to smooth it over quickly so you can get back to your adventure! For clients embarking on a custom international journey, you’ll receive the contact information for our in-country partners who are available 24/7 for assistance. 

We also monitor our clients’ flights so we can jump in if needed to make adjustments due to flight delays or missed connections. No matter where you’re heading, we’ve got your back.
